Confirmation : All reservations will be confirmed only after the payment of a deposit representing 20% of the entire stay. To facilitate the organisation of your stay we would ask you to send us a detailed rooming list 10 days before your arrival. This list will served as a basis for the invoice.

Cancellation policy :
No charge if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival (low season), more than 60 days prior to arrival (high season). If not, the deposit is not refunded.
